Biography


Proven:

over 30 years of documented experience in dealing with crowd safety, VIP protection, major operational planning and training.

Innovative:

Steve has also developed an Internationally Award nominated Traffic Management programme, which is delivered across the UK. The many successes for this training include a unique partnership with England Athletics to provide Traffic Management training to Race Organisers throughout the UK.


During the London Olympics in 2012, trained tover 650 Olympic Security operatives in Traffic Management Skills on behalf of LoCog for venue traffic regulation in London and throughout the UK. Most recently  supported the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014 training staff to support the Traffic Management schemes around Glasgow for the games.

Steve led an international team of crowd safety experts at 11 Team Training Grounds, two Fan Zones and one of the Stadiums for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.


Steve is always striving for continual improvement and responding to emerging business needs. He are now supporting the Event Industry to train security personnel to support and work with Police Forces throughout the UK under the Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS), exercising police powers under their direction.
